ENTH3 Publishing is the intellectual property engine at the center of the REVJC media empire — a Wyoming LLC that owns 100% of the masters, compositions, film IP, AI artist identities, logos, trademarks, literary works, digital assets, and NFTs created under the REVJC name. Nothing leaves the building without ENTH3 controlling the terms.
The Legal Architecture
The structure was built deliberately, layer by layer:
- DLHERO LLC (Wyoming) — Non-grantor trust manager and holding company. Owns 100% of ENTH3 LLC. Administers IP licenses, collects gross receipts, manages distribution agreements.
- ENTH3 LLC (Wyoming) — IP owner, music publisher, and record label. Holds all intellectual property. Operates under a 360 loan-out agreement with Joshua Robert Castaneda.
- DLHERO Studios 501(c)(3) (Washington D.C.) — Educational entertainment nonprofit. Funds DLTUTOR and community programming through grants and donations.
This isn’t complexity for its own sake. Every layer serves a specific function: asset protection, tax efficiency, grant eligibility, and creative independence.
