THE FOUNDER’S STORY
Joshua Robert Castaneda grew up in South Texas with a hunger to create — but the path wasn’t a straight line from vision to studio. When film and animation programs weren’t accessible, he went where the doors were open: architecture. He learned to draft, to think spatially, to build things that didn’t yet exist on paper. Then engineering. Then CAD. He spent years turning technical precision into a paycheck — and quietly, every skill he acquired became the infrastructure of what was coming.
He studied acting. He studied cinematography. He studied the mechanics of story — not from a film school classroom, but from the inside of every discipline that touches a frame. When he finally stepped behind a camera, he wasn’t just a filmmaker. He was a systems architect who happened to tell stories.
DLHERO Studios was built from that DNA. The mission is spiritual and genuine: to glorify The Creator through craft, and to serve as a vessel of honor to humanity — facilitating a journey for others to find The Truth.
