THE STORY
An urban explorer discovers a set of ancient iron gates embedded in the foundation of a modern skyscraper — gates that predate the building by centuries and that no historical record acknowledges. As she investigates their origin, she learns that the gates are a seal, and that the structure built around them was not construction but containment. Something inside has been counting the years.
Iron Gates is a dense supernatural thriller drawing on angelology, ancient containment lore, and the spiritual architecture hidden beneath modern cities.
